May TUSAL and Stitch Maynia Update...

Happy Friday!

Time for another TUSAL update...
One very full ORT jar!

I just love the close ups of the ORTs...
...they look so pretty!

Stitch Maynia update...
(I figured I wouldn't post an update everyday, since I'm sure people are tired of all my posts. ;)
Plus, waiting a few days gives me more to post.)

Day Four (May 4th - Star Wars Day)
Since it was Star Wars Day, I decided to stitch a themed piece...
The piece is the Millennium Falcon by Stitchering (on Etsy).

This is what the piece will look like when it is finished...
Picture from Stitchering's Etsy Shop....

And my progress...
It is being stitched on 14 ct. black Aida...
Not a ton of progress and I must say, black Aida is very frustrating to work with...
...definitely need better lighting.

Day Five (May 5th)
I found this really cute pattern by LittleCrossStitch on Etsy, called Dreamcatcher Owls and thought now was the perfect time to start stitching one.
Here are what the two pieces will look like when they are finished...
Picture from LittleCrossStitch's Etsy shop...
My start...
I decided to start with the blue owl.
I am stitching it on 14 ct. natural colored Aida fabric.

So that is what I've been up to the last few days...
...hope everyone has a great weekend!
