June Smalls Update

Happy Thursday!
Today is check-in day for Stitching Lotus's Smalls SAL...
(I've missed the last couple check-ins, so I was really pleased that I had time to get some "smalls' completed this month.)

My "smalls' projects for this update are from the Etsy shop dinosaur spaceshop...
Mini Star Wars spaceships!

There are 6 different patterns and I have completed 2 of them...
...mini Millennium Falcon

(Just to show the size of the finished ship.)

...and, a mini Death Star

Having a lot of fun working on these projects...
...they are really cute and stitch up fairly quickly. (The 2 I've completed took around 4 -5 hours each.)

...

Besides my small projects, I've been working on a few other projects...
My princess Ariel piece is coming along really well.
-where I left off-

-where I am now-
"EYE see you!"

(Pattern by Stitchering on Etsy)

Then I started a new mommy and baby set...
Mommy and baby fox...

(Pattern is from Cross Stitcher magazine, issue number 302)

Lastly, I started a new project...
It will be a cute, green dinosaur...

(Pattern is from Daily Cross Stitch)

So, that is what I've been up to...
Otherwise, it has been a rough couple of days.  My back went out, so I haven't been able to do much and I think I've come down with a touch of the flu.  Hopefully a little rest and I will be as good as new in a couple days.

Thanks to everyone for stopping by and I hope everybody has a great weekend.

  7. I LOVE those mini spaceships (although technically the Death Star isn't a spaceship - it's a Death Star LOL). I think I might need to get them. Thanks for the link.
Ariel is quite freaky with that one large eye though, I am sure she will look lovely with two of them!

    1. Thanks Jo!
Ariel is definitely a tad creepy with only one eye, but I love the blue color used in it. (I think it is one of my new favorite floss colors.)

Definitely have to put in more work on Ariel, so she doesn't look so scary. :)
