So, once again I am behind on an update!
(I had company over Easter weekend, so I didn't have much free time for updating or stitching.)

I decided to combine my WIPocalypse update and Turtle Trot update (actually going to be early for once)...

Well, lets get on to the progress photos...

Disney Princess
Where I left off...

And now...
...the first princess is almost done!

Star Wars alphabet
Where I left off...

As of today...
...Luke has a face!

Where the Wild Things Are
Where I left off...

And now...
...the "Wild Thing" now has a tail!

I decided to start a new small and fun project...
(Just something for when I need a break from working on gifts.)

I get a little stressed working on the gifts, because I am trying to make them as "perfect" as I can..., I started this little cat to relax!
(If you are interested in the pattern, you can find it here: Kit - Tea pattern.)

I also got a couple new magazines from the Easter bunny...
...and boy, did I find lots of projects I want to work on!
(I definitely need more hours in the day!)

Well, time for lunch!
Hope everyone has a great day!

  5. Lovely progress, Carrie. I look forward to seeing which projects you start from the magazines. :)

  6. Every time you update your princess wip I want it!! It is so cute! And I love the Wild Things wip! Looking forward to seeing what you chose from the magazines, and I agree more hours in the day for stitching would be wonderful :)

    1. Thank you Khristine!
I do love working on the Disney Princess piece, that's probably why it is the furthest along!

  7. Carrie, your work is lovely! I could not find an email address for you, but I wanted to let you know I just made a "One Lovely Blog Award" post and nominated this blog for the award. Thank you for sharing your lovely work! Hugs, Renee
